Duties of the Marketing & Business Development Manager include:

  • Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  • Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Finding and following new sales leads
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
  • Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are keptinformed of marketing objectives.
  • Attend different technology, non-technology & networking events.
  • Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients.
  • Creating sales pitches & execute sales objectives.
  • Managing Prospects & follow up on periodic basis.
  • Managing client accounts.
  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients.
  • Prepare sales contracts in line with company rules and guidelines. Negotiate sales contracts.
  • Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers.
  • Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data.
  • Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and
  • managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results.
  • Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
  • Researching market and industry trends.
  • Travel across USA & within Phoenix as required.
  • Should work with both onsite & offshore teams as required.

Requirements of the role:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, management, customer service, finance, administration, orrelated field.
  • Experience in IT will be good but not mandatory.
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets.
  • Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email.
  • Abide by all non-compete/solicit agreements.

Girikon is looking at hiring a full time Salesforce Consultant/Analyst with following job description

Key Position Responsibilities:

- Take a lead role on assigned projects to gather and verify user stories and requirements to guide the development of solutions and alternatives.

- Liaise between the business, technology teams and support teams and work with users to define concepts under direction of project leaders

- Should have hands-on experience on Salesforce setups such as Permission Sets, Sharing Model, Roles, OWD, Object relationships

- Sound knowledge on Standard object, Sales process, Validations, Workflows, Process Builders, Reports and Dashboards

- Knowledge on Delegated Admin capabilities, Communities, Partner portal, Sites is desirable

- Should have worked as Business Systems Analyst spear-heading client interactions during project lifecycle

- Be able to Summarize high-level information and translate into supporting details to address the information needs of varying audiences using process flows and use case models and high level design documentation

- Should have played critical role during requirement grooming, development, testing, and deployment

- Should have experience in Agile model of project execution, organizing scrum meetings and daily tracking. Experience working on Agile project management tool like JIRA or Rally will be a plus
